Appendix B: User and Contact Import File Formats

Import Formats

Users can import contacts using an XML file or a tab delimited text file. Administrators

can import users into the system using an XML file or tab delimited text file. The user

and contact import formats are similar, but user import data contains information that is

not contained in the contact import data, and vice versa.

User Import

Tab Separated User Import File Format:

The file should have the following format:
